The hotel is on the banks of the Loire, close to the old centre and a brisk 6-minute walk to the breathtakingly beautiful medieval cathedral and the grand mansions that contrast with the smaller but still handsome working-class houses of the old town. My 2nd-floor double room gave me fine views of the nearby bridge and was well-appointed with stylish lighting; practical bathroom (shower; no bath) and toilet; kettle and teabags (including fruit teas), coffee-pod machine (tastes staler than instant coffee). Cycle parking, in a big, locked garage about 30m away, was excellent. They were capped when a personal fiasco was averted, thanks to the tireless help of the receptionist on duty at the time. The French are often helpful to people in distress: Marin went further even than most.

The selection was large, plentiful and good quality. Local yoghurt. I would have liked more high fibre cereal. The location was great and the staff helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful people, located in the Heart of the City , a large parkhouse for the car 100mtr. Behind the Hotel. A very nice Hotel Bar, all is well done decorated. Best thing ist the ski Lounge , its so impressive and with love decorated.

The staff were very friendly - they have maps and information. They had gluten free bread available for breakfast following a request I put in. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The lounge area was also lovely.

The staff was fantastic! Our room was comfortable and the bathroom huge. Location is absolutely perfect to walk the old city, as it is just 5 minutes from the cathedral. The Loire river is just across the street!

We enjoyed our stay at Empreinte Hotel. It is centrally located, with many restaurants and bars around and open until late. We particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff! The small private spa was a good addition to our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great location on the river and we were upgraded to their luxury suite, which simply made our overnight stay perfect. We had driven 7 hours as part of our tour and the idea of a hot tub and a sauna was just what we needed. The staff we 100% helpful.

Exceptionally clean and confortable room, spacious and well equipped. The hotel is located along the Loire river, in a quiet and central location within Orléans. The Spa facility is offered for a 45 minutes privative use (upon reservation of a time slot): Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna for a relaxing moment. I further appreciated the friendliness and professionally of the staff. Exceptionally good breakfast.

From the warm reception on arrival to departure, the staff is what makes this hotel. Big shout out to Romy at the bar, whose laughter, smiles, and friendly nature made us keep coming back for drinks before and after dinners out. You absolutely have to try their signature cocktails! Location is brilliant with secure public parking steps from the door. Reception gave use some great dinner recommendations as well as the "must see" suggestions. Orléans has an app that you can use to walking circuits..great way to discover the city.
